Jersey Wolfenbarger is officially returning to LSU women’s basketball for her senior season, per a report from On3.
The six-foot-five forward opted to stick with the Tigers and continue developing under head coach Kim Mulkey. She averaged 4.6 points and 3.4 rebounds per game, mainly as a reserve, though she did draw nine starts.
Wolfenbarger backed up Aneesah Morrow and Sa’Myah Smith for much of the season, showcasing her versatility with ball-handling skills and defense. Through her first two collegiate seasons at Arkansas, she played on the perimeter.
Another year under Mulkey’s tutelage will give Wolfenbarger more reps working in the paint. She has the height and agility to make a sizable impact in her fourth collegiate season, especially considering the departures of Morrow and Smith. She’ll need to compete with Notre Dame transfer Kate Koval.
NEW: Jersey Wolfenbarger is set to return to LSU for her senior season in 2025-26, sources confirm to @BengalTigerOn3.
The 6’5″ forward made significant progress in her first year with the Tigers and first year in the post.
