Kansas City Chiefs fans will have to wait a few hours to see the reigning AFC champions make their first-round pick in the 2025 NFL draft later tonight.

Though the draft starts at 7 p.m. CST, Kansas City is set to make its first choice with the No. 31 pick, the penultimate selection of Day 1.

Teams are given 10 minutes to decide which prospect to take in Round 1, seven minutes in Round 2, five minutes in Rounds 3-6, and just four minutes in Round 7.

What time will the Chiefs make their first pick tonight?

According to Charles Goldman of A to Z Sports, Kansas City is likely to make its first-round selection between 10:00 p.m. CST and 11:00 p.m. CST, though a trade-up scenario could see the Chiefs pick earlier in the night.
