The last time someone wore the number was 2020 and only four players have worn it this millennium.

Who wore it best: DT Reggie Kinlaw

Kinlaw is one of the bigger late round draft gems for the Raiders in their history. He was selected in the 12th round out of Oklahoma in the 1979 NFL Draft. He went on to start 52 games over six seasons for the Raiders and was the starting nose tackle for their Super Bowl championship teams in 1980 and 1983.
