The NFL has started rolling out its Top 100 Players for the 2025 Season. They are doing it exclusively on social media this year, compared to specials on NFL Network, compared to years past, in hopes of garnering more engagement, one can assume.
That leads us to the latest player to make the list, the first was Aaron Jones at the 98, but now he is joined by Andrew Van Ginkel at the 88 spot.
The first season with the Vikings was a memorable one for the former Miami Dolphin. After signing with the team in the offseason, he wasted no time in making an impact with four tackles, one sack, one interception, and one defensive touchdown. From there, the rest of the year saw him be a contender for Defensive Player of the Year and he is carrying that momentum into 2025.

With Andrew Van Ginkel making the list at 88, one has to think we will be seeing other Vikings defensive players such as Jonathan Greenard, Byron Murphy Jr., and perhaps even Harrison Smith, later on in the rankings.
