On the eve of the 2025 NFL draft, three national pundits have predicted the same player landing with the Denver Broncos in separate mock drafts.
ESPN’s Peter Schrager, Matt Miller and Mina Kimes all have the Broncos using pick No. 20 to select Ohio State wide receiver Emeka Egbuka.
“Bar none, Egbuka is the most universally well-liked prospect in this draft,” Schrager wrote on ESPN.com. “He is smart, reliable and sure-handed. He could be a 10-year captain somewhere and is most often compared to fellow Buckeyes legend Terry McLaurin. Coach Sean Payton and general manager George Paton hit a home run with Bo Nix a year ago. This could be another no-brainer.”
Miller wrote that the Broncos are more interested in wide receivers and tight ends with their first-round pick. Kimes believes Egbuka would offer the “exact skillset” that Denver’s offense needs.
Chase Daniel of Fox Sports has also endorsed Egbuka.
The Broncos have to be in the market for a 1st round WR….it’s a pretty good list.
If they got Egbuka, I’d be over the moon. https://t.co/6kwkYrf5cB

North Carolina running back Omarion Hampton has been the most popular mock for the Broncos in NFL mock drafts, but with the draft now just one day away, momentum seems to be shifting toward Egbuka. We’ll find out tomorrow night!
