One guy who is taking the offseason seriously is Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren. Warren heads into training camp as the Steelers No. 1 running back for the first time in his career and he is not taking the responsibility lightly.
Video of Warren doing sprints while dragging a tipped-over soccer goal is going viral. A quick Google search tells us it’s not unusual for a goal like this to weigh 150-250 pounds. Warren looks to be in tremendous shape and bigger than he played at last season.
Warren has plenty of motivation this season. Warren is listed as the starting running back but the team drafted running back Kaleb Johnson to compete for the starting job. Warren is also in the final year of his current contract and a big season could help him land a significant raise in the offseason.

THIS. IS. WHAT. I. AM. TALKING. ABOUT.
Work when NO ONE is watching.
