Saquon Barkley hits back at critics after Donald Trump visit: 'Get out my mentions'

In the midst of the upcoming Philadelphia Eagles visit to the White House after their Super Bowl victory — perhaps without quarterback Jalen Hurts — Saquon Barkley spent extra time with Donald Trump.

On Sunday, Barkley was seen with Trump as they got off Marine One in New Jersey. Apparently, they played golf together at Trump National Golf Club.

Barkley decided to hit back at critics who called him out in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday morning.

“Maybe I just respect the office, not a hard concept to understand,” he wrote. “Just golfed with Obama not too long ago…and look forward to finishing my round with Trump ! Now ya get out my mentions with all this politics and have amazing day.”

Guess we’ll see Barkley at the White House when the Eagles visit.
