Florida State running back Roydell Williams will be out with injury for a “period of time,” head coach Mike Norvell confirmed on Monday.
“It’s not something that we’re expecting to stretch into anything for the season, but he will miss a period of time,” Norvell said. “I hate for him to miss anything. He was a great factor in the game, a fourth-down run on our own end of the field.”
The running back got 20 snaps during Saturday’s win over Alabama, putting up 14 yards on six carries, including the aforementioned fourth-down run to help put the game away.
