Los Angeles Sparks forward Rickea Jackson made a big impression with her stylish outfit over the weekend, capturing fans’ attention before her team played the Chicago Sky.
The WNBA’s official Instagram account shared a clip showing Sparks players arriving at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday. In the video, Jackson stunned fans as she stepped out in a stylish outfit that looked straight off a fashion runway.
Jackson wore a bold, asymmetrical look featuring a cropped, one-shoulder top with pretty ruffled details and a matching short skirt from Corii Burns’ La deuxieme etape Collection.
The deconstructed outfit featured floral prints in gray and black, making it eye-catching and modern. She finished the look with strappy high-heeled sandals, adding extra height and elegance.
Fans couldn’t stop talking about Jackson’s outfit online.
“Rickea is a super model,” one user wrote.
“Rickea is bad af… but the fact she’s a real baller makes her even better,” another fan added, mixing praise for her fashion with respect for her basketball skills.
Some fans focused on how stylish her look was.
“Loving this high fashion runway look from Rickea,” one comment said.
Another person even joked about the team video, saying, “They should have stopped the video after Rae…” meaning Jackson’s entrance was the main event.
Several comments were simply admiring, with one saying, “Rickea is sooo fine,” and another calling her “a BADDIE.”
While Jackson’s fashion wowed fans, the Sparks struggled on the court against the Sky, losing 92-85. Jackson played 28 minutes and finished with six points, one rebound and one assist.
Meanwhile, Angel Reese led the Sky with 24 points and 16 rebounds, helping Chicago snap their losing streak. The Sparks’ Kelsey Plum scored 22 points and Dearica Hamby had a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Azura Stevens also added 17 points for Los Angeles.
The Sparks are still waiting for key players like Rae Burrell and Cameron Brink to return from injuries.
Despite the tough loss, Jackson’s confident style gave Sparks fans something to smile about.
