You must have seen them, they’ve been everywhere.
As the calendar flipped to 2025, everyone has been doing their “Best of the 21st Century” lists. And we decided to get in on the fun.
For the next several weeks, the Enquirer will announce its top 10 athletes for each of the core city schools over the past 25 years. And then the fun will begin. Our readers will be asked to vote for the ‘Best of the 21st Century’ for that school in both boys and girls sports.
The rules are simple. Candidates are graduates of the traditional Battle Creek city high schools. All shined throughout their high school careers and beyond. The list includes athletes in the graduating classes from 2000-2025. Athletes will be listed in alphabetical order, with voting for No. 1 happening in our Enquirer online poll at our website.
