The Pittsburgh Steelers have released their initial 53-man roster ahead of the start of the 2025 NFL season. The team made a series of roster moves on Monday cut the roster to 53 players before the 4 p.m. ET deadline.
Pittsburgh will start the regular season with four quarterbacks. Aaron Rodgers will be the team’s starting QB, and he will be joined by Mason Rudolph, Skylar Thompson and rookie Will Howard. Rodgers signed with the team during the offseason, and Howard was drafted by the Steelers in the sixth round of this year’s draft.
