Ohio man charged with threatening to kill a member of Congress over Medicaid cuts

The FBI arrested Jeffrey Dorsey of Dayton after he allegedly left an expletive-laden voicemail mentioning Medicaid with a lawmaker’s office in Washington, D.C.
