Jadon Sancho’s time at Manchester United appears to be nearing its end, with the club setting a £25m [$34m] asking price as Juventus renew their interest in the England international, according to Corriere dello Sport.
After a loan spell at Chelsea where he played a key role in their UEFA Conference League victory, Sancho returned to Old Trafford this summer, but neither his stance nor the club’s position has changed with both ready to move on
Reportedly, Sancho has been informed by United officials that he is not part of their long-term vision.
Despite flashes of form during his time with the Blues, United reportedly have made it clear that they see no future for him at Carrington, and Sancho too has made his intentions known, with him reportedly wanting a fresh start and preferably away from England.
Juventus had expressed interest in bringing him to Turin last summer, but at the time, they were only considering a loan and couldn’t match his Premier League wages, which are believed to exceed £250,000 [$340,148] per week.
That figure was always going to be a stumbling block for any Italian side, especially one still recovering from financial restructuring and looking to build a leaner, more disciplined squad under new head coach Igor Tudor.

Man United star ready to take a wage cut
According to TuttoJuve, Sancho has now lowered his wage demands to facilitate the move, so he’s prioritising playing time and career revival over a big pay day.
This has accelerated the talks, and now Juventus are seriously considering how to structure a permanent deal that fits within their wage and transfer budget.
Sancho’s international resume, featuring 23 appearances and three goals for England, adds to his appeal, particularly as Juventus look to reassert themselves in European competition next season.
