The 2025 MLB Speedway Classic at Tennessee’s Bristol Motor Speedway between the Cincinnati Reds and Atlanta Bravesis set to break MLB’s regular-season attendance record.
The game will eclipse the previous paid attendance record of 84,587 set September 12, 1954, when Cleveland Stadium hosted the New York Yankees.
Fox 19’s Joe Danneman tweeted a photo from seats behind home plate – as in way behind home plate, where you may need binoculars to follow the action.
The good news? Home runs have a good chance to land on the track, and Danneman reports there will be fans beyond the wall in pursuit of baseballs during batting practice.
