Former Buffalo Bills wide receiver and current New England Patriots player Stefon Diggs is in some hot water.
Diggs, 31, signed a three-year deal in New England this offseason. It’s not off to the best start.
The Patriots are currently holding voluntary OTAs and Diggs is not attending one day after a video surfaced of him on social media. As ESPN explains, Diggs “was on a boat and flashed an unidentified pink substance while surrounded by three women” in the clip.
New England head coach commented on the matter and said the team is in communication with Diggs.
“It’s something we’re aware of and obviously we want to make great decisions on and off the field,” Vrabel said per ESPN. “Any conversations that I’ve had with Stefon will remain between him and I and the club.”
After quarterback Drake Maye flashed as a rookie, the Pats are hoping Diggs can help the QB out like he did with Bills quarterback Josh Allen once upon a time.
On paper, Diggs is the clear No. 1 wideout on the Patriots’ depth chart heading into 2025.
