Fleetwood Town have signed midfielder Jordan Davies on a one-year deal following his release by Wrexham at the end of last season.

The 26-year-old made over 120 league appearances for his boyhood club, helping them win promotion from the National League to League One.

Having started his career with Wrexham, he left to join Brighton as part of their Under-23 setup before returning to North Wales shortly before their rise up the leagues began.

In addition to achieving promotion from League Two in 2023-24, Davies spent spent last season on loan with Grimsby Town, making 20 appearances and scoring twice.
