FIRST LOOK: Travis Hunter, Jaguars' 2025 draft class in home uniforms

We got our first look at Travis Hunter and the Jacksonville Jaguars’ nine-man draft class in the team’s home teal uniforms.

Jacksonville Jaguars‘ 2025 NFL draft class

  • 1.2: WR/CB Travis Hunter
  • 3.88: S Caleb Ransaw
  • 3.89: OL Wyatt Milum
  • 4.104: RB Bhayshul Tuten
  • 4.107: LB Jack Kiser
  • 6.194: LB Jalen McLeod
  • 6.200: S Rayuan Lane
  • 7.221: OL Jonah Monheim
  • 7.236: RB LeQuint Allen

The next step for Hunter in his progression when it comes to playing both sides of the ball is practicing on both offense and defense on the same day–something we will see a lot more of during training camp. Up to this point, for the most part, he has spent either the entire practice on offense or defense, depending on what the given day called for.

“Travis has been great,” Trevor Lawrence said. “Just his work ethic, how he’s come in. He’s been one of the hardest-working guys we have. I think it’s commitment to learning the playbook and trying to learn the two systems. It’s a lot on a rookie. It’s challenging to learn everything and he’s done a nice job and we still have work to do and we’re gonna get a lot done in training camp and get us ready to play come September. But I’m really excited for him and how he can help our team.”

Caleb Ransaw and Bhayshul Tuten are both competing for playing time at their respective positions. With Ransaw, most of his snaps came at the nickel while at Tulane, but he is playing more of a true safety role with the Jaguars. Kiser, meanwhile, should make an instant impact on special teams.

In both the run and passing games, Wyatt Milum put together a dominant 2024 season at left tackle for West Virginia. With Jacksonville, he will play guard, where he is competing with Ezra Cleveland, according to Michael DiRocco, although Cleveland still has the upper hand.

Jalen McLeod brings a very unique skill set to the Jaguars with his ability to play off-ball linebacker and pass rusher, and is another player who could help right away on special teams, along with Rayuan Lane.

Lastly, Monheim provides depth at center and a potential long-term option at the position, while Allen will be competing for playing time at a crowded position, but his pass-catching abilities could help him carve out a specific role.
