Dolphins appear to mistakenly leak alternate 'Rivalries' uniform a day early

The Miami Dolphins are set to reveal an alternate uniform Thursday morning, but with that announcement still a day away, it seems a leak has offered a glimpse at the new look.

A Dolphins fan named Cameron Sparks posted an image on social media Wednesday night that appears to show Tua Tagovailoa, Bradley Chubb, Zach Sieler, and other Miami players wearing the soon-to-be-unveiled “Rivalries” uniform.

It seems the leak came from the Dolphins’ official team app before it was later taken down Wednesday night.

The black uniform and helmet with neon aqua and orange matches what most expected to see in the alternate uniform. The Dolphins have teased that aesthetic for most of the offseason, including in a schedule release video that largely matches the leaked uniform.

During the 2025 NFL draft, the league announced its “Rivalries” partnership with Nike that’ll see the eight teams from AFC East and NFC West wear new looks for a divisional matchup this season. The Dolphins announced that they’ll wear the Rivalries uniform in a Week 4 game against the New York Jets on Monday Night Football.
