Chicago Sky Star Angel Reese Lands on ‘Best’ List — and She’s Ecstatic originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
Angel Reese made her much-anticipated return to the court on Tuesday night following a two-game injury absence. Reese was cleared to play for the Chicago Sky’s road matchup against the Washington Mystics, which, unfortunately, resulted in the Sky suffering their sixth straight loss, 103-86.
Reese, however, picked up right where she left off prior to her brief spell on the sidelines. The two-time All-Star registered her 11th straight double-double with her 22-point, 13-rebound performance against Washington. For good measure, Reese also added three assists, three steals and two blocks, while also making 10 out of her 11 attempts from the charity stripe.
Angel Reese Recognized for Her Fashion Style
Reese was understandably disappointed after the loss. After all, the Sky had just lost for the 19th time this season out of 26 games played.
The defeat wasn’t the only thing on her mind, though. Reese took to social media to share her latest honor as Fast Company named her the winner of the Best Dressed in Business title.
“Thank you! Such an honor! 🤍,” she posted on Instagram.

Angel Reese, the Fashion Icon
Apart from being one of the top stars in the WNBA today, Reese has also firmly established herself as a fashion icon off the court. The 23-year-old treats every gameday as an opportunity to flaunt her eye-catching style, which is always a hit among her fans.
“Reese’s passion for fashion was spurred on through her mother’s closet, from which she’d steal bags and heels, the latter of which felt tricky for her 6‘ 3” frame,” read Fast Company’s bio on Reese.
From being a closet raider, Reese has evolved into a bona fide superstar on the runway/tunnel, and this latest honor is a clear testament to this fact.
