The Buffalo Bills have a long injury list early on during their 2025 NFL training camp journey.
Among that extensive group, we have a few updates as of late. Those include news on first-round rookie Maxwell Hairston, and offensive lineman Spencer Brown and Alec Anderson.
The three updates on that trio can be found below:
CB Maxwell Hairston (knee)
Once feared a serious injury, the top rookie for the Bills is not going to miss extensive time. He’s week-to-week but it might hurt his chances to be an opening day starter if he misses most of the preseason.
During Buffalo’s “Return of Blue and Red” practice, he was spotted on crutches:

OL Spencer Brown (back)
Brown has finally started to practice. He was taken off the physically unable to perform list (PUP) by the Bills. The right tackle has had back issues in the past he was being safe with:
The Bills activated starting RT Spencer Brown from the PUP list. He was dealing with what the Bills called a “flare-up” of his back.

OL Alec Anderson (knee)
Anderson had his knee scoped and is considered “week-to-week.” Injury analysis outlet on the team, “Banged up Bills,” also suspects a few weeks:
Anderson injured his L knee at practice on Monday & left. He was wearing a full sleeve on the L leg prior to this.
Now he undergoes surgery 2 days later. Looks like a cleanup, possible meniscus trim, could take a few weeks to get full go again.
