Bengals: T.J. Houshmandzadeh shares thoughts on former Steelers WR

The Cincinnati Bengals had a few notable run-ins with former Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Diontae Johnson over the years.

That was, before Johnson fizzled out in Pittsburgh. Then in Baltimore. Then, elsewhere, before recently linking up with the Cleveland Browns.

Fresh on the heels of Johnson admitting he checked out of a game for being too cold in 41-degree weather, former Bengals wideout T.J. Houshmandzadeh had some thoughts during a podcast chat with Darren Waller

Houshmandzadeh started praising Johnson’s time in Pittsburgh, only to spiral from there.

“He’s balling,” Houshmandzadeh said, “kind of started talking too much, fell out of favor, they sent him to Carolina…Go to Carolina, perfect situation, they ain’t got nobody, you gonna be the lead dog. Start talking too much, get your a** up out of here.”

Now, as long as all goes well, anyway, Housh’s Bengals will get to see Johnson twice next year as he attempts to rebound with the Browns.
