In a couple of weeks, FC Barcelona will kickstart their pre-season campaign under manager Hansi Flick.
The Blaugrana squad will reconvene on July 13 at the Ciutat Esportiva for medical examinations and tests before they start training in preparation for the next season.
Ferran Torres wasting no time
Now, according to Que t’hi Jugues, Ferran Torres has already started his personal pre-season in preparation for what comes up next.
Indeed, the Barcelona attacker has been training for the past 15 days so as to be ready for pre-season and hit the ground running.
This goes to show the level of commitment and drive that Ferran possesses. The Spaniard enjoyed the best season of his career, bagging 19 goals and seven assists from 45 games in all competitions.

Ferran excelled as a backup option for Robert Lewandowski in the No. 9 role and could have a greater role in the upcoming campaign given that the Pole will be 37 years old and might need his minutes to be managed more carefully.
However, there will be plenty of competition with Dani Olmo also a candidate to play as a false-nine while the imminent arrivals of Roony Bardghji and Nico Williams would also mean more competition on the wings.
So, Ferran is not wasting any time and is working hard on hitting the ground running when Barcelona players begin pre-season in a couple of weeks.
Two more players, Ronald Araujo and Marc Bernal, are expected to join the Spanish forward from tomorrow to get ready for the pre-season.
