The game at Anfield will kick-off at 4pm GMT, with all the action available live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League.

Liverpool predicted lineup vs Tottenham

Liverpool (4-2-3-1): Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Tsmikas, Gravenberch, Mac Allister, Salah, Szoboszlai, Gakpo, Diaz

There shouldn’t be too many changes to the Liverpool team, with Arne Slot likely to name the strongest side available to him against Ange Postecoglou’s men to ensure they are named champions at the earliest possible date.

Trent Alexander-Arnold returned to first team training last week before coming on as a substitute against Leicester and scoring the winner, so there’s every chance he could return to the line-up at right-back, despite rumours he could join Real Madrid.

Kostas Tsimikas should keep his place at left-back, as he has done for the last two games in a row instead of Andy Robertson, alongside centre-backs Ibrahima Konate and Virgil van Dijk.

Liverpool’s midfield mainstays of Ryan Gravenberch and Alexis Mac Allister will preside over the middle of the park like much of the season, with Mohamed Salah and Cody Gakpo on the wings. Dominik Szoboszlai will slot into the No 10 role behind forward Luis Diaz.

With Alexander-Arnold now back in training after overcoming his injury problems, Joe Gomez is Liverpool’s only main fitness concern, with the defender possibly back before the end of the campaign – though this game will come too soon for him.

Liverpool’s virtually clean bill of health comes at the perfect time as the Reds look to wrap up the title and have everyone on the pitch enjoying the moment.

The club also have Darwin Nunez back available again after hit bout with illness that saw him miss the 2-1 win over West Ham – before returning to the bench against the Foxes. With Conor Bradley and Alisson putting their own problems to bed, Slot can focus on trying to get as many points as possible from now until the end of the season.

Could Alexander-Arnold join duo in staying?

Liverpool fans were delighted by the news that Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk had signed contract extensions to pledge their future to Anfield, both in the space of a week.

It leaves Alexander-Arnold as the only player of that trio whose future still remains unresolved and there has been increasing speculation he will link up with Real Madrid on a free transfer when his contract ends in June.

However, fans have suggested that the renewals of team-mates Salah and Van Dijk could change his mind before the season is out and after he scored the winner against Leicester, supporters took even more encouragement.

The boyhood Reds star celebrated on the pitch after the game and excitedly tapped on the Liverpool club crest on his shirt as he applauded the away end, leading some to believe it was a sign he was set to agree fresh terms.
