The Seattle Seahawks are in the middle of trimming their roster from 90 to 53 players before 1:00 pm PT on Tuesday. Unlike summers in the past, there is only one cutdown day. Teams no longer have multiple days to gradually trim their rosters down.
Seattle has already made a handful of cuts and even a trade to get their roster down. This is always one of the hardest parts of the league year, as plenty of dreams are dashed or delayed. This isn’t the end of the road for many of these players, as they’ll find homes on the practice squad or with other organizations. Still, this is a difficult one.
Here at Seahawks Wire, we have you covered on all Seahawks transactions today. All original reporting is hyperlinked in the players’ names.
