The Denver Broncos and USAA partnered to host 100 service members at a one-of-a-kind boot camp, where each of the service members got to test their skills at some football challenges on Thursday afternoon.
This is the 12th year that the Broncos and USAA have been official partners for “Salute to Service.”
At the event, the 100 military members broke into teams and competed in the 40-yard dash, broad jump, three-cone shuttle, receiving gauntlet, and the QB arm challenge, similar to an NFL combine. Also included in the event in 2025 was the viral reaction test, which current Bronco Pat Bryant excelled at after he was drafted by Denver. The members of the winning team each got tickets to the Broncos’ annual Salute to Service game in October.
Prior to the event, military members and their families had the opportunity to view the Broncos’ practice before the team travelled to New Orleans for their preseason game against the Saints on Saturday.
