There will be 17 players in attendance at next week’s 2025 NFL draft in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The NFL announced the 17 players, some of whom are expected to go among the first few picks, such as quarterback Cam Ward, cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter and edge rusher Abdul Carter. The NFL was careful only to invite the players it believes will go in the first round, so there are no embarrassing situations where a player is left waiting in the green room alone.
Here is the complete list of players attending next week’s NFL draft:
- Miami QB Cam Ward
- Penn State EDGE Abdul Carter
- Arizona WR Tetairoa McMillan
- Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty
- Colorado CB/WR Travis Hunter
- LSU OT Will Campbell
- Michigan DT Mason Graham
- Georgia EDGE Mykel Williams
- Georgia S Malaki Starks
- Texas A&M EDGE Shemar Stewart
- Alabama G Tyler Booker
- Alabama LB Jihaad Campbell
- Alabama QB Jalen Milroe
- Ohio State OT Josh Simmons
- Michigan CB Will Johnson
- Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart
- Texas WR Matthew Golden
Of these 17 players, who has the best odds of being selected by the Washington Commanders? Washington is mostly linked to edge rushers, cornerbacks, and running backs. We know Jeanty, Johnson, Hunter, and Carter are not falling to No. 29. So Stewart, Johnson, Campbell and Golden have the best odds amongst this group.
As for Milroe, the NFL must be confident he lands in the first round.
