Luke Le Roux arrives in England
South African midfielder Luke Le Roux has officially signed with Portsmouth FC, a Championship (English second division) club, joining from IFK Värnamo (Sweden).
At 25 years old, the Bafana Bafana international has penned a three-year contract, pending his work permit and international clearance. The transfer fee has not been disclosed.

With this move, Le Roux becomes the second South African to join an English club this week, following defender Tylon Smith’s signing with QPR. A robust presence in midfield, the Cape Town native will look to bring his tactical discipline and work rate to an ambitious Portsmouth side.
