Notre Dame has a new infielder on campus.
Andrew Graham is a grad student transferring from Metropolitan State University in Denver to be a part of the Fighting Irish.
The Division II All-American hit .446 with 14 home runs, 27 doubles, 78 RBI, 71 runs scored, a .832 slugging percentage and a 1.369 OPS in 53 games in 2025. Graham, who is five-foot-nine and 200 pounds, struck out just 39 times in 184 at-bats.
He figures to be in the mix to replace departed second baseman Connor Hincks. He might also be slated for shortstop, since Estevan Moreno is leaving the Irish to play for the Seattle Mariners.
Getting this kind of bat will give the Irish more options up the middle.
Notre Dame has landed a commitment from MSU Denver grad transfer INF Andrew Graham.
Graham was a D2 first team All-American in 2025 after hitting .446, 14 home runs, 27 doubles, 78 RBI, 71 runs scored, .832 SLG% and 1.369 OPS in 53 games. https://t.co/r7Xl1cHQRT
