2025 Arizona Cardinals training camp roster preview: OL Sincere Haynesworth

The Arizona Cardinals report to training camp on July 22 and begin the process of preparing for the regular season, forming the roster and determining starting jobs and roles on the team.

Leading up to the start of camp, we will take a look at every player on the offseason roster, their background, their contract, their play in 2024, questions they face and their roster outlook.

Next up is offensive lineman Sincere Haynesworth.

Sincere Haynesworth background, 2024 season

Haynesworth did not play last season. He spent the year between the practice squads of the New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints. He was an undrafted rookie last year out of Toledo. He is an interior lineman who can play center.

Sincere Haynesworth 2025 contract details, cap hit

He signed a futures deal with the Cardinals for 2025 in January. He is scheduled to make $840,000 in salary if he makes the team. There are no guarantees and that will be his cap hit.

Questions he faces, roster outlook

At this point, you have to look at him and think that he is going to be more or less a young camp body for training camp reps. He will compete but he should be considered a long shot for any role on the roster or practice squad right now.
