Rookies reported to Chargers training camp in El Segundo, CA, on Saturday, and they were without a player.
Wide receiver Tre Harris still hasn’t signed a contract, and he is holding out as a result.
Harris, the No. 55 overall selection, is one of 30 second-round picks who are unsigned because of a disagreement over guaranteed money, and he is the first one to make the stand and not report to camp.
The Chargers officially begin practices on July 17, so there is still some time for the two parties to agree to a deal.
Harris, the former Ole Miss product, is likely going to be a contributor in his first season, with his outside abilities expected to complement Ladd McConkey in the slot.
