Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement with Bournemouth over the transfer of Djordje Petrovic.

The goalkeeper moved to Stamford Bridge in 2023 when he left MLS outfit New England Revolution in a £14 million deal.

Petrovic made 31 appearances in all competitions, including 22 starts in the Premier League, in his first campaign at the club, before spending last season on loan with Strasbourg.

The Serbia international played 31 times in Ligue 1 and was voted the player of the season by the club’s supporters.

Petrovic will now join Bournemouth ahead of the new term after agreeing a deal with Chelsea worth £25m, according to Sky Sports News.

He will be the third goalkeeper sold by the Blues this summer, following the exits of Kepa Arrizabalaga to Arsenal and Marcus Bettinelli to Manchester City.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth shot stopper Mark Travers has been linked with a move to Everton.
