Luka Doncic, Called ‘Super Ripped’ by Deandre Ayton, Turns Heads With His Physical Appearance originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
Luka Doncic is set to enter his first full season with the Los Angeles Lakers after getting traded by the Dallas Mavericks in the middle of the 2024-25 season. Sure enough, expectations are high that he will be able to elevate the team.
In 28 regular season games played for the Lakers last campaign, Doncic averaged 28.2 points, 8.1 rebounds, 7.5 assists and 1.6 steals. L.A. was 18-10 in those contests he played in, highlighting his impact on the team.
Unfortunately, the Lakers failed to go deep in the NBA playoffs, losing to the lower-seeded Minnesota Timberwolves in five games.
Now, amid the Lakers’ offseason, Doncic has been generating plenty of buzz because of his improved physique. In recent weeks, the 26-year-old guard has been spotted looking in better condition.
On Friday, his physical transformation turned heads once again after he sent a video to popular streamer and YouTuber Ludwig Ahgren. In the video, Doncic’s body wasn’t shown, but his face clearly looked slimmer.
Fans quickly took notice of Luka Doncic’s transformation and shared their comments on Bleacher Report’s post.
“Skinny Luka going be a menace again,” a commenter wrote. Another one said, “Boy looks slim wtc.”
A fan added, “Slim face I’m bout to get lakers delusion again.”
“My boy looking good,” a commenter shared.
A fifth supporter remarked, “Ayyee skinny luka.”
“Hes slimmed up quite a bit,” a social media user stated. Another follower remarked, “Looks skinnier.”
The latest comments about Doncic’s physique come just a few days after new Laker big man Deandre Ayton said that he heard the playmaker is “super ripped” now.
“Luka is a once-in-a-generation player and I’m happy to be his teammate,” Ayton said during his introductory press conference with the Lakers. “Hearing about the kind of shape he’s been in, he’s super ripped and I’m finally glad to be on his side.”
