The New York Jets were snubbed on one interesting offseason list.
CBS Sports undertook the concept of naming the best player in the NFL for each jersey number, zero to No. 99.
The Jets are rebuilding under new head coach Aaron Glenn in 2025 but there is optimism for good reason. Why? The team in New York has positive building blocks already on their roster.
Even so, no one from the Green and White cracked this ranking.
For those curious, here are a few of the players from around the NFL picked ahead of some of the Jets’ best players.
#5 WR Garrett Wilson
Selection: Commanders QB Jayden Daniels.
#66 OL Joe Tippmann
Selection: Bills OL Connor McGovern.
#95 DT Quinnen Williams
Selection: Browns DE Myles Garrett.
#1 CB Sauce Gardner
Selection: Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase.
#44 LB Jamien Sherwood
Selection:Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey.
#56 LB Quincy Williams
