We’ve reached 60 days until the Raiders season opener at Foxboro against the Patriots, With our countdown at 60 days we take a look at who currently dons the number in Silver & Black and who has brought it the most distinction.

No. 60

Who’s wearing it now: T Charles Grant

Grant was the third of three third round selections by the Raiders in this year’s NFL Draft. The William & Mary tackle was selected at 99 overall. He has been lining up at left tackle with the second team behind starter Kolton Miller and could be seen as the potential heir apparent. After all, the team has yet to give Miller an extension as he enters the final year of his contract.

Who wore it best: DT Otis Sistrunk

Instead of playing college ball, Sistrunk joined the Marines out of high school. Then after he got out of the military, he played five years of semi-pro football before being courted by the NFL. The Rams were intested, but it was the Raiders who signed him.

Sistrunk caught on immediately and started from day one. In his second season, he notched 13 sacks. By year three, he was a Pro Bowler and second team All Pro. The year after that, he upped his career-high to 13.5 sacks. A year after that, he helped the Raiders win their first Super Bowl. In total, he spent seven seasons in the NFL, all with the Raiders.
