The Eagles are must-see television, and the reigning Super Bowl champions are among the most popular teams in all of sports. Saquon Barkley’s historic 2,005 rushing yards cemented him as one of the NFL’s most marketable players, and the popularity of the entire team can be found in merchandise sales.

An All-Pro and the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year, Saquon Barkley ranked No. 1 on the NFLPA’s year-end Top 50 player sales list, which captures sales from March 1, 2024, to Feb. 28, 2025.

Patrick Mahomes, Jayden Daniels, C.J. Stroud, Josh Allen, Aidan Hutchinson, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Micah Parsons, and Justin Jefferson highlighted the top ten of the 50 players driving retail demand last season.

The annual list is the only verified ranking of all officially licensed, NFL player-branded merchandise sold through online and traditional retail outlets, as reported by over 85 NFLPA licensees, including Fanatics, Outerstuff, Fathead, FOCO, and Funko.

Licensed product categories included trading cards, men’s, women’s, and youth game jerseys, T-shirts and hoodies, backpacks, wall decals, pennants, collectible figurines, matted and framed photos, bobbleheads, plush, drinkware, pet products, and many more.

 “Saquon had a perfect storm this season,” NFLPA vice president of consumer products and strategy Ben Ruiz said. “He’s a generational talent with individual star power and joined a team in free agency that a lot of people felt were on the cusp of a championship. He came in and delivered in spades.” 

According to Sportico, Barkley is the first running back to lead the list since former Dallas Cowboys star Ezekiel Elliot in 2017.

Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts was No. 3 on the list, A.J. Brown was No. 24, DeVonta Smith was No. 29, and second-year star Cooper DeJean was No. 42.
