Tyrese Haliburton had 3 coy words after stealing NBA Finals Game 1 on buzzer-beater

Tyrese Haliburton is on quite a heater.

The Indiana Pacers star created some more postseason magic on Thursday night at the end of Game 1 of the NBA Finals, hitting yet another last-second shot as his team stole Game 1 on the road against the Oklahoma City Thunder. OKC controlled most of the game and led by 15 points in the fourth quarter, but Indiana hung around as another gutsy shot from Haliburton ultimately propelled them to an improbable comeback win.

It was certainly an emotional moment for Haliburton, and he had an absolutely perfect reaction during his postgame interview.

“Man, basketball is fun,” Haliburton said. “Winning is fun.”

It was ultimately a double-double for Haliburton, who totaled 14 points and 10 rebounds. As Indiana aims to take a commanding 2-0 series lead in Game 2 on Saturday night, the only question remaining is what other late-game theatrics Haliburton has in store for us the rest of the series.
