The New York Jets are projected to play have an average strength of schedule in 2025.
In Warren Sharp’s ranking of NFL teams’ 2025 strength of schedules (based on Vegas forecasted win totals), the Jets came in as having the 16th-hardest schedule.
Although their strength of schedule is middle-of-the-pack, they will definitely have some tests along the way, including road games at the Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
They do have a few “easier” games, such as home games against the New England Patriots, Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons, and Carolina Panthers, who all have a Vegas win total of 7.5 games or less for 2025.
