There are a large number of LIV Golf players in the field for the year’s third major championship, including numerous past champions.
The 2025 U.S. Open begins Thursday, June 12, at Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont, Pennsylvania, and of the 156 players in the field, 14 compete on LIV Golf.
Of those playing in the U.S. Open who compete for LIV Golf, four of them are past champions, including Bryson DeChambeau, who won his second U.S. Open title last summer at Pinehurst No. 2. Dustin Johnson captured the U.S. Open title the last time the championship was contested at Oakmont in 2016.
